Conditions
  • Tour prices are in NZ$ and include GST (in addition to these rates a fuel surcharge may apply).
  • All major credit cards and currencies accepted.
  • Children under 2 are free of charge, children aged 2 - 11 years pay a child's fare which is 75% of the adult fare, 12 years and older pay full adult fare, with the exception of Tour 1 City Flight.
  • Tour duration, flight times and tour inclusions may vary due to weather conditions, volcanic activity and passenger loadings
  • White Island landings are undertaken at your own risk and such landings are at your pilot's sole discretion
  • Operating daily subject to weather conditions.
  • Please notify our bookings office if an individual passenger's weight exceeds 110kgs (240lbs).
  • Minimum numbers apply.
