- Tour prices are in NZ$ and include GST (in addition to these rates a fuel surcharge may apply).
- All major credit cards and currencies are accepted by Volcanic Air Safaris.
- Children under 2 are free of charge, children aged 2 - 11 years pay a child's fare which is 75% of the adult fare, 12 years and older pay full adult
- fare, with the exception of Tour 1 City Flight.
- Tour duration, flight times and tour inclusions may vary due to weather conditions, volcanic activity and passenger loadings
- White Island landings are undertaken at your own risk and such landings are at your pilot's sole discretion
- Operating daily subject to weather conditions.
- Free courtesy pick-up in Rotorua City (with the exception of Tour 1 and 2).
- We require total combined passenger's weight and if individual passenger weight exceeds 110kg it is imperative that our office is informed prior to flight. This is a Civil Aviation requirement and due to weight and balance could greatly jeopardize the schedule of the flight. Failure to supply accurate combined weights could result in your departure time being altered or in some instances additional costs being applied.
