After landing, your pilot will taxi you to the beach and discreetly leave you to enjoy these stunning surroundings. Summer time swimming is an option and for an additional cost a picnic and champagne is the perfect way to set the scene for a special someone or maybe romantic occasion.

Pack your own lunch, or gourmet grazing platters can be provided (for an additional cost, not included in the price).

Location: All flights depart from Lakefront Drive, Rotorua City Lakefront

Requirements: This flight operates with a minimum of 2 adult fares

Recommended: Please note only small backpacks are permitted on board. Bathing suit and towel are optional (not essential). Guests are welcome to bring a camera.

Children: Under 2 free of charge. Children 2-11 years pay a child fare (75% of the adult fare)

Safety: A full safety briefing as well as safety equipment will be provided at the Volcanic Air Base. All passengers will be required to be weighted in order to ensure proper weight distribution in the aircraft.

Short flight over Lake Rotorua, Mokoia Island and Lake Rotoiti before landing on Lake Rotoiti and taxing to your beach.
Return flight from Lake Rotoiti with scenic views of Rotorua City and Sulphur Bay.
